Incorporations
Incorporation Summary
Incorporation is permitted/governed under the Chiropractic Act Sections 74-88 and Chiropractic Regulations Sections 14-33. The Board has developed two sets of documents to assist in this process:
Application Process
- The incorporation must request permission for use of name under the Chiropractic Regulations Section 26.
- The incorporation application will consist of:
- The completed Chiropractic Incorporation Application Form signed and notarized.
- A cheque for $200 payable to the NSCC.
- A copy of the Joint Stock and Trade Forms.
- A copy of the Memorandum of Association.
- Once all of the materials have been submitted, the application will be reviewed for completeness
Renewal Process
- Every chiropractic incorporation will need to be renewed within 30-90 days of the end of the calendar year (between Oct 1 - Dec 1).
- The completed set of renewal documents include:
- The completed and signed renewal form including the corporate seal.
- A cheque for $100 payable to the NSCC.
- Once all of the materials have been submitted, check to see if there have been any changes to the incorporation in the past year.
- Once all of the materials have been submitted, the application will be reviewed for completeness
